Before working with any family, every educator completes our full safeguarding and compliance framework. Combined with a secure platform, full lesson visibility and clear reporting, this creates a culture where student safety is actively protected, not simply monitored.
Selection is only the beginning. Every educator completes a structured onboarding programme covering our tools, engagement and reporting standards, communication, and family experience principles - so the standard of support stays high whichever educator your child works with.
Our involvement doesn't end once an educator is matched. Through BrightPath, our academic leadership maintains ongoing visibility of engagement, attendance, preparation, feedback and progress.
Great educators keep developing. Every educator takes part in a structured coaching and development programme led by our academic leadership, drawing on reflective practice and evidence-based methods.
Even strong matches don't always become the right partnership. When concerns arise, we review feedback quickly, provide support where it helps, and rematch your child with a better-suited educator where needed. Families are never left to manage it alone.
