How a Family Plan works

Annual lesson credits, not fixed hours
Plans run on annual lesson credits. You can use them across subjects, move them between siblings, and carry unused lessons forward to when your family needs them most.

A 30-day experience period
Every family starts with a free Meet and Greet with each educator, a full paid month of lessons, and an end-of-month knowledge gap assessment by subject. If the plan is not right, you step away with no penalty.

Adjusts as your family grows
Move up any time as needs change. Your Education Specialist adjusts cadence, level and subjects. Any plan can be tailored with additional lessons, coaching sessions or a more experienced educator.

Your dedicated Education Specialist monitors progress across every subject, maintains oversight of teaching quality, and holds regular conversations with you to discuss how your child is developing.

* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks and Teaching Regulation Agency registration are the UK's statutory framework for safeguarding and educator qualification standards. We apply these to all educators regardless of where a family is based.

It builds the foundations that make consistent performance possible: confidence, independence, resilience and self-discipline. Included as standard in every Family Plan, available from day one.
Future Pathways Mentoring Q1 2027
Every educational journey includes decisions that shape future opportunities. Mentoring provides expert guidance through subject choices, school transitions, educational pathways and future plans, helping students move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Available as an add-on, or included in Prestige.
